Mr.
Morrison obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University
of Victoria, British Columbia, in 1973, and his Juris Doctor from
the University of British Columbia in 1979.
Mr. Morrison practiced in
Northern British Columbia until 1989, when he returned to practice in the
Vancouver area.
